At Jim’s Security we have a passion for customer service and our customer reviews and customer feedback reflects this. We have 400+ five star reviews on google. We need the best people and we believe this is what sets us apart from our multinational competitors. All our franchisees are individual business owners and will always go the extra mile to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

Our Franchisees decide exactly what services they want to offer, in which areas and on which days. We never give Franchisees work they do not want. So when we page out a lead, we expect it to be followed up promptly. We expect our Franchisees to turn up on time, wearing a full uniform, and to at least satisfy the customer. Ideally, we aim to amaze them with the quality of our service.

Complaints are carefully monitored, and Jim posts his Email address on the public website so that unhappy customers can contact him directly.

We've just had Prabhu and Peter installed CCTV at our home. They were punctual, very courteous, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job with installing cameras and setting up aps on TV and our mobiles. Tim’s team at Jim Security did a fantastic job installing a brand new 4K 7 camera security system along with a well functioning alarm system. The guys did an outstanding job with the cabling through what was a challenging house. You can’t see anything. Called Jim's Security as had an urgent security matter I needed assistance with. Even though Jim's did not install or sell the brand of CCTV system I had, still took the time to understand my situation and offered what ever assistance they could. They showed up within 30 minutes, sorted my issue, I was more than impressed with the service I received. I would highly recommend Jim's to everyone. I will not use anyone else.

My whole experience with Jims Security was a breeze. I rang the receptionist and she booked it in for a time that suited me. Half an hour before he arrived I got a call he was on his way which I appreciated. He was extremely friendly, followed all covid safe protocol and cleaned up after himself. (New sockets in walls left plaster dust) I would definitely use again if I needed any more jobs done and I would recommend to friends and family.

We recently had a security system installed by Shaun, and would highly recommend. We are very happy with the security cameras and alarm system that was installed. We feel peace of mind knowing our home is protected. Shaun was professional and a pleasure to have around when installing, my baby and dog loved him! He explained the system and how to work it.
