Called Jim's Security as had an urgent security matter I needed assistance with. Even though Jim's did not install or sell the brand of CCTV system I had, still took the time to understand my situation and offered what ever assistance they could. My whole experience with Jims Security was a breeze. I rang the receptionist and she booked it in for a time that suited me. Half an hour before he arrived I got a call he was on his way which I appreciated. He was extremely friendly, followed all covid safe protocol and cleaned up after himself. Fantastic service and very knowledgeable. Installation occurred within 48 hours. Had to contact Daniel after hours on Saturday on two occasions due to urgently needing footage from the CCTV app and Daniel was able to solve this rapidly.

The Vivint system is easy to use and was customised to our particular home. Jordan found a major leak in our air conditioning ducting and fixed it at no cost. Jordan even talked me out of spending additional money on some items he didn’t think would add vale to us. I am very happy with our solution and believe it is the best of the available solutions I researched. I have no hesitation in commending him and his team to others.

Daniel installed a security system on our farm property yesterday. he was on time, a neat worker and answered all our questions easily. He provided us with a system that met our needs and went above and beyond to install the system in a place we chose (which made it a bit more difficult for him) but he did this happily to ensure we were satisfied. Shaun from Jim’s Security Diamond Creek installed a 4 camera CCTV system in my home and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He was prompt and reliable and left the house neat and tidy. My house is a solid brick period two storey house with difficult access but Shaun took great time and care to install the cameras in the best location to get the best coverage. The CCTV is connected to a video recorder and can be accessed through my computer or by mobile phone app. Shaun also took the time to give me training on using the system.
