Jim’s Security Helps Set Up Security System For a Café

Troy from Jim’s Antennas and Security Wollert recently installed a new CCTV system and a set of speakers for Angkor Cafe, a new Cambodian cafe and restaurant in West Melbourne.

To ensure that the new equipment matched the cafe’s interior Troy sourced black speakers (part of an entire MusicCast system which Troy helped install) and black cameras to match the restaurants exposed black roof. A monitor for the new CCTV system was mounted to a tile wall in the kitchen of the restaurant to allow the owners to monitor staff and customer activity.

During this job, Troy also installed a Bosch alarm system with monitoring and several data outlets with a wireless access point, which will allow customers to access WiFi in the cafe. All cabling was neatly run back to a wall mounted communications rack to not only maintain safe and hygienic working conditions within the restaurant, but to also maintain a minimal and tidy aesthetic.
