This one was due for an upgrade, it was audio only (no video) and no connectivity to smart devices.

The new Hikvision Intercom System enables the customer to now have the convenience of two-way audio and video verification.

The mobile app gives the customer the power of remote operation of their intercom,
use it to receive calls, play video and even unlock their door or gate remotely.

Called Jim's Security as had an urgent security matter I needed assistance with. Even though Jim's did not install or sell the brand of CCTV system I had, still took the time to understand my situation and offered what ever assistance they could. My whole experience with Jims Security was a breeze. I rang the receptionist and she booked it in for a time that suited me.
