COVID-19 Update

Rest assured that at Jim’s Security we are looking after the health, safety and well being of all of our customers and franchisees.

Our Franchisees are still available to come to your home or work premises.

We simply ask that if you or anyone else in the property are unwell, or have travelled in the past 14 days or been in contact with anyone with a suspected case of COVID-19 that you advise the franchisee or call centre.

Our Franchisees will be taking the utmost care when visiting our clients this includes:

  • Washing / Sanitizing hands thoroughly
  • Antibacterial wiping any surfaces within the property that they have touched – including door handles etc
  • We will keep a social distance of 1.5m from clients
  • We will not be shaking hands and will be sending all invoices/quotes electronically where possible
  • Wearing face masks where possible

Lockdown Restrictions

There are some limitations to the services we are allowed to provide under lockdown restrictions. These restrictions apply predominantly to residential services; however we can help you if there is an urgent requirement or a safety related issue. There is a less of an impact to commercial services. If you are unsure please use the booking for or fill out the contact form and we will be in touch.
