Maintaining the Character

The direction from the customer on this recent job in Melbourne’s East was for full external coverage of the property whilst ensuring the security cameras were installed discretely to fit in with the character of the home.

A challenging install

The CCTV installation scenario was more challenging than most due to the height and construction of the home, however the Franchisee (Shaun – Diamond Creek) is very experienced with these types of installations and was able to make recommendations on the best location for each camera.

Choosing the Right System

Under of the guidance of Shaun the customer selected a 4 Camera Dahua 6MP Digital IP Kit to ensure the best quality picture and access to all the available smart analysts available with digital (IP based) CCTV systems.

The Best Technology for the Budget

The customer opted to upgrade the Dahua NVR (Network Video Recorder) to take advantage of the Dahua Smart Intrusion technology with includes ability to draw virtual tripwires across pathways and driveways. Shaun also setup the remote view mobile app and provided training on both the NVR and Mobile App.

The end result was a textbook installation and one very satisfied customer.

Daniel is very professional and efficiency for his security job. Other electrical people don’t know how to do this work and damaged my house. My whole experience with Jims Security was a breeze. I rang the receptionist and she booked it in for a time that suited me.
