Danny from Jim's Security Austral did a fantastic job in all my Hikvision Alarm/Doorbell and CCTV residential installation. Plus helping me to follow up my warranty claim from the supplier. Don't look further just get him for a piece of mind on Hikvision.

Daniel is very professional and efficiency for his security job. Other electrical people don’t know how to do this work and damaged my house. He also helped me to fix the damage and garage roller door but not his work. Also. He charged cheap as well. I am very happy for his work. Definitely highly recommend him to others.

Really happy with the system I got from Jim's Security and the amazing service by Andre, I appreciated the extra time he took with me to choose and talk through the camera system. Price was very competitive and the install looks so clean.

We got referred to Marko from Baulkham Hills by our family friends as we wanted to get professional help to install cable cameras in the house we moved in January of this year. I called Jim's Antennas to have someone come to our house and connect 2 antennas in bedrooms which were not connecting to free to air TV. Troy came out and was extremely courteous and helpful. Called Jim's Security as had an urgent security matter I needed assistance with. Even though Jim's did not install or sell the brand of CCTV system I had, still took the time to understand my situation and offered what ever assistance they could. They showed up within 30 minutes, sorted my issue, I was more than impressed with the service I received. I would highly recommend Jim's to everyone. I will not use anyone else.

My whole experience with Jims Security was a breeze. I rang the receptionist and she booked it in for a time that suited me. Half an hour before he arrived I got a call he was on his way which I appreciated. He was extremely friendly, followed all covid safe protocol and cleaned up after himself. (New sockets in walls left plaster dust) I would definitely use again if I needed any more jobs done and I would recommend to friends and family.

We recently had a security system installed by Shaun, and would highly recommend. We are very happy with the security cameras and alarm system that was installed. We feel peace of mind knowing our home is protected. Shaun was professional and a pleasure to have around when installing, my baby and dog loved him! He explained the system and how to work it.
