My whole experience with Jims Security was a breeze. I rang the receptionist and she booked it in for a time that suited me. Half an hour before he arrived I got a call he was on his way which I appreciated. He was extremely friendly, followed all covid safe protocol and cleaned up after himself. (New sockets in walls left plaster dust) I would definitely use again if I needed any more jobs done and I would recommend to friends and family.

We recently had a security system installed by Shaun, and would highly recommend. We are very happy with the security cameras and alarm system that was installed. They gave us a good price compared to other installers, the quality of workmanship is very professional (their cable wires are very well organised, the cameras were well placed to give us good viewing angle, they leave your home without any clutter), the quality of the CCTV that they installed are second to none (Dahua system is very good), they will not leave your home without making sure you understand the CCTV setup and system. Fantastic service and very knowledgeable. Installation occurred within 48 hours. Had to contact Daniel after hours on Saturday on two occasions due to urgently needing footage from the CCTV app and Daniel was able to solve this rapidly.

Jordan and his team were excellent. They listened to our needs and proposed an appropriate solution. They responded quickly to my calls and delivered the system we agreed on within a tight timeframe. The Vivint system is easy to use and was customised to our particular home. Jordan found a major leak in our air conditioning ducting and fixed it at no cost. Jordan even talked me out of spending additional money on some items he didn’t think would add vale to us. I am very happy with our solution and believe it is the best of the available solutions I researched. I have no hesitation in commending him and his team to others.

Daniel installed a security system on our farm property yesterday. he was on time, a neat worker and answered all our questions easily. He provided us with a system that met our needs and went above and beyond to install the system in a place we chose (which made it a bit more difficult for him) but he did this happily to ensure we were satisfied. Shaun was a great tradesperson installing 2 CCTV cameras in our property. The workmanship was A+ and you could tell that he took pride in his work, taking the time to come up with the best way to conceal the cables. Whilst also providing a quality finish product in what was a tricky install. Also even cleared our gutter whilst on the roof without us even asking. Much appreciated! Shaun from Jim’s Security Diamond Creek installed a 4 camera CCTV system in my home and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He was prompt and reliable and left the house neat and tidy. My house is a solid brick period two storey house with difficult access but Shaun took great time and care to install the cameras in the best location to get the best coverage. The CCTV is connected to a video recorder and can be accessed through my computer or by mobile phone app. Shaun also took the time to give me training on using the system.
